PYTHON

Python Development

Python is the language of choice for data science, machine learning, and backend systems. We build scalable applications, data pipelines, AI/ML solutions, and automation tools. Its clean syntax, powerful libraries, and vast ecosystem make Python ideal for rapid development and complex computational tasks.

Python Capabilities

Machine Learning & AI

Predictive models and AI features with libraries such as scikit-learn and PyTorch. Includes:

  • Model training and evaluation;
  • Integrating models into your applications;
  • Monitoring model quality over time.

What you receive: models that are measured, documented, and connected to your product.

Data Science

Data analysis and visualization with pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. Includes:

  • Data cleaning and exploration;
  • Charts and reports;
  • One-off and recurring analyses.

What you receive: clear, reproducible analysis you can act on.

Backend Systems

Web applications and APIs with Django, FastAPI, and Flask. Includes:

  • REST APIs;
  • Admin panels and internal tools;
  • Background jobs.

What you receive: a maintainable Python back end with tests and documentation.

Automation

Scripts and tools for repetitive tasks. Includes:

  • Data imports and exports;
  • Report generation;
  • Workflow scripts and scheduled jobs.

What you receive: manual work replaced by reliable, logged automation.

Data Pipelines

ETL pipelines and data processing. Includes:

  • Extracting data from files, APIs, and databases;
  • Cleaning and transforming data;
  • Scheduled and event-driven loads.

What you receive: pipelines that deliver clean data on schedule, with alerts when something fails.

Cloud & DevOps

Deployment and infrastructure automation with Python tools. Includes:

  • Deployment scripts;
  • Infrastructure automation;
  • Packaging and dependency management.

What you receive: Python applications that are easy to deploy and maintain.

How We Work

A transparent, predictable process from first contact to ongoing support

Roadmap

01 – Discovery

We start by listening. Please call us, send an email, or book a video call. We’d like to hear about the project you want to build or the problem you would like to solve, what you’ve tried so far, and any deadlines or budget constraints. If we need to look at your existing project before recommending a direction, we’ll discuss that next step with you.

  • Initial call to discuss your goals and constraints
  • Review of existing systems or requirements

02 – NDA

An NDA is a document designed to protect your ideas, business plans, and any other sensitive information you can’t discuss with everyone.

While the NDA is listed as the second step in this workflow, it can be signed at any point, even before the discovery call. It doesn’t cost you anything, so please feel free to ask for it whenever necessary.

03 – Proposal

After evaluating your requirements, we send you a proposal. Normally, that’s a Master Service Agreement (MSA) plus a Scope of Work (SoW).

The MSA sets out the general terms of how we work together. Each Statement of Work (SoW) then defines the scope, responsibilities, timeline, and pricing for a specific engagement.

The SoW is where we define the project, timeline, budget, acceptance criteria, and everything else not covered by the MSA.

If you decide to give us more work (and why not, we’re quite good at IT), we don’t sign another MSA. We simply sign a new SoW under the same MSA.

04 – Engagement

Once agreed, we get to work.

The SoW sets out what we’ll deliver, the timeline, and our responsibilities. We’ll keep you updated as the work progresses and discuss any issues that could affect delivery.

05 – Delivery

We deliver the work defined in the Statement of Work (SoW) and review it with you against the agreed acceptance criteria. Depending on the engagement, this may include deploying software, handing over code and documentation, or presenting findings and recommendations.

Software Development projects: full code ownership, no licensing or royalties. 30 days of code warranty included.

06 – Support

Support is optional and mainly applies to software development projects rather than advisory engagements.

If you need help after launch or ongoing software maintenance, we can discuss retainer options. You decide whether you’d like us to stay involved after delivery.

  • Ongoing maintenance and bug fixes as needed
  • Flexible support agreements, no long-term lock-in
  • Direct line back to the team that built it
